技能要求: Review maintenance requests, assess necessity, and provide recommendations;Coordinate with contractors and Operations Department for work execution; Monitor site progress to ensure quality and adherence to specifications;Inspect completed works to verify completion, and report defects if necessary; Ensure compliance with safety protocols during maintenance and addition & alteration projects;Familiarity with building maintenance practices, materials, and repair methods.Minimum 15 years of experience in construction, maintenance, and addition & alteration projects;Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards;Strong leadership skills to supervise on-site maintenance, repair and fitting-out work;Ability to analyze maintenance issues and suggest effective solutions;Experience in contract administration and dealing with contractors;Strong communication skills for liaising with contractors, tenants, and management;Proficiency in site inspection and reporting;Problem-solving mindset to tackle unforeseen site challenges;Basic computer literacy for maintaining digital record and reports;Good command of both Chinese and English.
