技能要求: Consolidate financial data of over 100 companies that are subsidiaries or affiliates;Prepare Group consolidated financial statements and ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards and internal policies;Ensure cash flow at optimal position and working capital at both company and group pre-determined level;Prepare OPEX, CAPEX budgets and memorandum for Directors;Develop & maintain a strong relationship with external stakeholders.Minimum of 20 years’ solid experience in management accounting and financial analysis in a medium-sized or large-sized organization;Member of the HKICPA or equivalent professional certificate is preferred;Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;Proficient in MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint;Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.
