技能要求: Report all finance, accounting, audit and tax issues under the Hong Kong Listing Rules and applicable accounting standards to senior and top management; provide them with strategic advices, financial insights and recommendations;Consolidate financial data of over 100 companies that are subsidiaries or affiliates;Develop processes to ensure compliance with local and international laws and taxation;Participate in system migration projects. Minimum of 20 years’ solid experience in management accounting and financial analysis in a medium-sized or large-sized organization;Member of the HKICPA or equivalent professional certificate is preferred;Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;Proficient in MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint;Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.
